You need to first navigate to the Plugins panel and deactivate and delete the Kimiko Core, Kimiko Twitter Feed, and Kimiko Instagram Feed plugins. Then navigate to Appearance > Themes and switch your active theme to Maribel, after which you should install and activate the Maribel Core, Maribel Twitter Feed and Maribel Instagram Feed plugins.
