Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. No accounts, no advertising trackers, no selling of data.
1. Who we are
WP360 (“we”, “us”) operates the website https://wp360.com.tr. You can reach us at hello@wp360.com.tr.
2. What we collect
- Server logs. Like every website, our web server records the IP address, requested URL, browser user-agent, referrer and timestamp of each request. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are automatically deleted after 14 days.
- Contact form. If you write to us, we store the name, email address and message you submit so we can reply. We keep messages for up to 12 months.
- Affiliate clicks. When you click an outbound link to ThemeForest/Envato, the link contains a referral identifier. Envato and its affiliate platform (Impact) may set cookies on their own domains to attribute a purchase to us. Those cookies are governed by Impact's privacy policy and Envato's privacy policy, not ours.
3. What we don't collect
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or social media widgets. We do not set cookies on this site. We do not create user accounts or process payments.
4. Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK)
We process server logs and contact messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website and responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); Turkish KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is stored on servers operated by Oracle Cloud (EU region). Third parties only receive data where you actively click through to their sites.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@wp360.com.tr. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date below.
