1. What this site is
WP360 is an informational, curated directory of third-party WordPress themes and website templates sold on Envato marketplaces. We are an independent affiliate. We do not sell, license, host or distribute any theme. All purchases are made on the marketplace, under the marketplace's own terms, licence and refund policy.
2. Accuracy of information
Prices, sales figures, ratings and other data are fetched from the marketplace's public API and refreshed periodically. They may be out of date at any given moment. The price and terms shown on the marketplace at the time of purchase always take precedence.
3. Intellectual property
Theme names, screenshots, descriptions and trademarks belong to their respective authors and to Envato Pty Ltd, and are displayed for identification purposes only. The design, text and code of this site are © 2026 WP360. You may link to any page on this site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape this site at abusive rates, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any product purchased through links on it. Your contract for any purchase is with the marketplace and the theme author, not with us.
6. Third-party links
Outbound links lead to sites we do not control. Their content and privacy practices are their own responsibility.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
